Cadillac announce huge triple signing as top Red Bull star joins US F1 team

Cadillac, currently last in the constructors' standings with no points after their debut season, have announced three technical hires to bolster their engineering capability. Craig Skinner, a 20-year Red Bull veteran who worked on championship-winning cars for Vettel and Verstappen, joins as Chief Development Engineer, while Eric Blandin arrives as Head of Aerodynamics after roles at Mercedes and Aston Martin, and Tim Lean becomes Chief Engineer - Aerodynamics Modelling and Simulation, having previously worked at McLaren, Red Bull and Ferrari. The move follows team principal Marcin Budkowski's appointment in August, replacing Graeme Lowdon, and Budkowski says the new hires will strengthen the team's technical organisation and long-term development.
