Lilly Again Looks to China for New Drugs, Paying InnoCare $100M to Start R&D Pact

Eli Lilly has agreed to pay InnoCare $100 million upfront to launch a research and development partnership, marking another instance of Lilly turning to a Chinese biotech company for new drug candidates.
