Two behavioral health companies announced platform updates this week. Pelago launched a new platform integrating care for substance use, mental health, and behavioral addiction into a single system. Separately, Array Behavioral Care introduced a new triage model aimed at streamlining how patients are assessed and routed to appropriate levels of behavioral health care. Both moves reflect ongoing efforts by digital behavioral health providers to consolidate and improve access to fragmented care services.
