Inter Miami CF to Host Second Edition of MESSI CUP; Academy U-16s Set to Compete

Inter Miami CF will host the second edition of the MESSI Cup at Inter Miami CF Stadium and the Florida Blue Training Center in Fort Lauderdale, running Oct. 25 through Nov. 1. The tournament has expanded from eight to 16 participating academy teams, including Inter Miami CF's own U-16 squad alongside clubs such as Ajax, FC Barcelona, Chelsea, Manchester City, Boca Juniors, River Plate and Flamengo. Leo Messi said the event aims to give young players a chance to experience high-level international competition while enjoying football. Coverage will be available via Disney+, ESPN+ and ESPN, with the Inter Miami U-16 schedule to be announced later.
