L'Académie du CF Montréal de retour en MLS NEXT pour une septième saison

The CF Montréal Academy's U15, U16 and U18 men's teams begin their 2026-2027 MLS NEXT season this Saturday, marking the club's seventh season in the league, with a home opener against New England FC at Centre Nutrilait. The 25-game regular season runs from September to May, with 16 matches at Centre Nutrilait free to the public, and Pat Raimondo temporarily serving as U15 head coach while Sylvain Hascoët continues supporting the first team. The Academy will again compete in MLS NEXT Fest, the Generation adidas Cup and MLS NEXT Flex, and director Marinos Papageorgopoulos noted that 23 players were called up to Canada's national team this year, plus one to Guatemala's. The U14 team will also play home matches against private academies this fall.
