Portland Timbers celebrate 15 years of Stand Together Week with community service projects across the region July 6-10

The Portland Timbers are marking the 15th annual Stand Together Week from July 6-10, a community initiative offering over 30 volunteer projects across the Portland metro area with support from partners including adidas, Bank of America, Coca-Cola, Providence, Safeway, Tillamook and Toyota. Fans can volunteer alongside Timber Joey, Timbers, Timbers2 and Academy players at events benefiting youth, families, education, wellness and environmental causes. Since 2012, the initiative has mobilized more than 8,300 volunteers contributing over 26,000 hours across more than 375 projects, supporting organizations such as Harper's Playground, Habitat for Humanity, Sunshine Division and Meals on Wheels.
