MLS Hispanic Heritage Month celebrations

Following their Noche Latina y Hispana celebration and 4-2 win over Orlando City SC, the New England Revolution continued Hispanic Heritage Month festivities with a Tuesday lunch at their Foxborough training center, catered by La Oaxaqueña, an Everett, Massachusetts restaurant specializing in Oaxacan cuisine. The spread included empanadas, tacos, freshly prepared meats, and tres leches cake, shared by players and staff. Multicultural engagement specialist Juliane Mahoney said the event aimed to build togetherness through shared food and culture, while restaurant representative Karla Garmendia described the experience as a rewarding culmination of the business's growth since opening in 2018.
