Death of Andy Burnham's father
UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham cancelled engagements for Monday and Tuesday, including a planned meeting with business leaders in Downing Street, following the death of his father Roy. Burnham has previously spoken about his father's Alzheimer's diagnosis when explaining his determination to reform adult social care in England, and had revealed his father did not know he had become prime minister in July because of his condition.
