Philadelphia house deaths investigation
A routine parking stop in Philadelphia has grown into a investigation into five women feared dead. Police first pulled over Eugene Horsch in June for parking illegally in a spot reserved for law enforcement; a search of his car turned up guns, drugs and a fake DEA ID, plus a passenger carrying an ID bearing a missing woman's name. A subsequent search of his home in the Olney neighbourhood recovered over a million digital images and thousands of videos, some apparently made by Horsch's late father Raymond ('RC') Horsch, described by the Philadelphia Inquirer as a drug manufacturer and erotic filmmaker whose fiction had violent themes. Detectives say new video shows a woman apparently strangled with a zip tie until she 'appeared lifeless,' plus images of other unconscious or injured women, though police stress they have found no bodies, DNA or other physical evidence and are still working to corroborate what the footage shows.
