Amazon cargo plane crash in Miami

A Boeing 767-300 operated by 21 Air for Amazon overshot a runway at Miami International Airport on September 6, hitting a cleaning van and an SUV and killing five people while injuring five more. The National Transportation Safety Board says flight data shows one pilot warned the other several times about excessive speed, with no consistent verbal response, and the landing speed was 158 knots. Amazon has paused its operations with 21 Air, and the NTSB is leading the investigation.
