The Tate brothers' extradition fight
Andrew and Tristan Tate were arrested in Miami in July after the UK Crown Prosecution Service brought new charges, and they now face 59 charges in the UK including rape and sex trafficking, which they deny. UK prosecutors have filed a formal extradition request, which the US State Department is reviewing. A federal judge denied the brothers bail, calling them flight risks, so they remain in a Florida jail while they fight extradition.
