Canada's shift toward European partnership
Toronto residents reacted to the prospect of a closer economic and political alliance between Canada and the European Union, after Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney told the European Parliament in Strasbourg that Canada and Europe are 'stronger together' amid what he called 'geopolitical rupture.'
