Ukraine refinery strikes and energy truce talks
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky is in Brussels seeking support from EU leaders after saying Ukraine will resume strikes on Russian oil refineries, which it had paused for three days at Trump’s request, because Moscow never stopped its attacks. Trump called the renewed strikes a disgrace and said Zelensky is more difficult to deal with than Putin, and Elon Musk said Zelensky should go. Deadly Russian attacks on Ukraine continued overnight.
