Court rules search warrants for Andrew's homes unlawful
A court has ruled that the search warrants used to search Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor's homes in connection with the Epstein affair were unlawful, with police themselves accepting this finding in court. The ruling followed legal action Andrew launched before his arrest seeking to quash the warrants, a challenge aimed at their legality rather than the underlying allegations against him. Funding provided by the King for Andrew's expenses was not used to finance this legal action.
