Shooting in Paris suburb under investigation

The investigation into the fatal drive-by shooting in a Paris suburb has confirmed a racist motive, with the prosecutor stating the suspect deliberately targeted people of Muslim or African appearance. The attack left one person dead and four others wounded, including a child. The suspect, who had drugs in his system at the time, has been sent to a psychiatric unit for observation.
