The Trump administration's Alaska election lawsuit

The Alaska Senate race remains uncertified amid a Trump administration lawsuit and overlapping investigations into an alleged scheme to place a second "Dan Sullivan" on the ballot to confuse voters. Federal prosecutors are pursuing a criminal investigation into the matter, while Alaska's governor has separately ordered a state probe into alleged ties between the Democratic campaign and the scheme. The Democratic Senate candidate has denied knowledge of the alleged plot, after earlier pausing campaigning following a car crash.
