The Comey national defense information case

The Justice Department is pursuing a new federal case against former FBI Director James Comey over an alleged disclosure of national defense information. This marks the third time Comey has faced federal charges, following earlier attempts to prosecute him on other grounds that collapsed. No court ruling or outcome on the current charges has been reported.
